Prior to the Powder Coat application all parts go through a phosphate washer to prohibit rust and residue ensuring proper adherence. Standard thickness of Powder Coat is approximately 2mm and is applied using an electrostatic process with a Heat Curing oven. This process is proven to have great longevity and appeal.Quality of Steel: Heavy Duty storage cabinets are made with high quality Cold Rolled Galvanized steel. Galvanized steel is used for rust inhibiting factors. Steel thickness varies from .026 – .036 ensuring ample structural carrying capacity.
